This machine is named Rotary automatic polishing machine.
1.The use step is use the sand belt polishing machine first . Up to the No 320#. Then can use this polishing machine (similar the CNC polishing machine) . After this step can go to electroplating directly .
2.The pot material is walnut shells . Two kinds thick and thin. First grinding by the thick walnut shells. The turn to the thin walnut shells . Its hard purchase from abroad . Should import from China .

4.Walnut shell grain was used as polishing abrasive,The advantages of clean and pollution-free, high cleaning quality and long service life of abrasive, etc.

5.The lifting speed of abrasive barrel can be adjusted according to different products, which can realize the functions of slow rising and fast falling.

6.It consists of three working station,Each parts can install 32 fixtures,can plolish least 32PCS products one circle, can suitable for some complex shape products that the cloth polishing wheel can’t polish.And need 20minutes to finish grinding . Means one pieces almost 70seconds,even one pieces 12seconds.

7.The fixture can quick loading and unloading, flexible clamping, easy to operate.
